VERY IMPORTANT: When choosing your compression garment, the most important factor is your chest size. If you want to take full advantage of the benefits of compression and the performance of the connected clicshirt it is necessary that the garment is perfectly adapted to your size. Indeed, for your muscles to be well maintained and the electrodes well adjusted it is necessary that the clothing is the right size.
If your measurements straddle two sizes, choose the lower size for a tighter fit. If your bust and waist size are two different sizes, order the size indicated for your bust instead.
- CHEST CIRCUMFERENCE : Take your measurements around the widest part of your chest, keeping the ribbon horizontal.
- SIZE RANGE: Take your measurements around the narrowest part of the waist (usually below the ribs), keeping the ribbon horizontal.
- HIP TURN: Take your measurements around the widest part of the hips, keeping the ribbon horizontal.
