Body Connect guarantees the replacement of defective parts when it is a production error. 

 The serial number on each shirt/bra must be specified to identify the production date and the defective batch concerned.

- Repairs are possible after verification on a case-by-case basis. Parts must be sent to Body Connect.

- All defects must be reported immediately and defective parts sent for inspection. This can be done on a case by case basis or on a periodic basis.

Bodyconnect agrees to replace any defective parts which will be replaced or will issue a refund depending on the nature of the problem.

Refunds:

In the event that the customer does not wish to have the product replaced due to a problem it may be refunded 100%.

The customer is responsible for the shipping costs to return the product. 

Merchandise in its original condition can be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase.
