Open your app on your mobile, press the button on your CardioPod for 4 seconds."Select a Cardio Pod" will appear in a window on your mobile.By clicking on it your CardioPod will automatically synchronize with your cell phone. In order to be sure of a good synchronization a green "v" tick will appear next to your t-shirt symbol. When your cardiopod flashes blue it is perfectly synced and ready for your first workout.
